I was pretty surprised at how quickly they fit me into the schedule (given the holidays). They were very courteous and explained what needed to be done without making me feel pressured to do some of that "extra" work. The appointment was only to fix one of my garage doors, but they checked the other and did some preventative maintenance on the other to get a little more life out of that one. I was curious as to how the spring would be replaced and they explained each step... let's just say I do most things on my own and after watching this, I am going to leave this task to the experts!
