After moving into my new home, Nick came to help reprogram my garage opener. He did that swiftly and then offered to read my car manual to program my car to my garage as well. He didnt have to do that at all but went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure I received the best service. I was thoroughly impressed.

Nick got here quickly and was in and out in less than two hours. Very reasonable pricing too! Will definitely use again.

I called this morning and got same day appointment. Nick showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and provided an immediate quote. I gave my approval to repair. Nick was able get the repairs done in a reasonable amount of time while he was here. I will definitely call Tip Top Garage Services, when I need work done in the future. Nick installed our garage door and was through. The clean up was very good. From dispatching perspective....I never got a call on Friday 12/6 for a Monday 12/9 install. I phoned the company on Monday 12/9 to find out the service status. Recommend calling business day prior to day of install. Everybody I spoke to was outstanding. Keep up the good work. Nick was Knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done that same visit. He knew exactly what was wrong, and did nott try to sell us on things we did not need. We will be calling him again the next time for sure!

Tom did an excellent job in repairing my garage door. I have had problems for over a year and it cost me over $1000 to another company for “fixes” that didn’t work. The spring on our garage door broke & within 90 minutes of me calling Tip Top, we had someone here assessing the situation. It was determined that an entire new garage door unit was needed. An installer showed up on time on the scheduled day and within 3 1/2 hours we had our new garage door unit! The installer was very polite, he worked clean, and he showed us everything we needed to know about our new product before he left.

I sent a request to Home Advisor on Tuesday morning and TipTop responded within 1 hour and their technician was at my house within another hour. The technician Tom was very professional and knew exactly what was needed for my door. He has to order the part for the door and he was back at my house doing the install within 24 hours of initial contact. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues!

My spring broke last night. I couldn’t open my garage door therefore not able to leave as my car was inside. I called before 8 am this morning and they had someone to my house before 11. Nick was great. Took care of the broken spring immediately and even suggested a few tweaks to help the door run a bit smoother. He was fast and quiet (I work from home). And the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

I called to have my garage door looked at because it was not opening smoothly. The technician came and let me know that the rollers were worn out and needed to be replaced. He replace the rollers in about 30 to 45 minutes and the price is very reasonable. Thank you
