They did great work and knocked it out quick. Pricing was good and they went above and beyond to make sure my broken door was fixed right; which, the work is backed up with a warranty. In my case they called me first thing in the morning in response to a home advisor request then were here by 10am.

We highly recommend Tip Top- they scheduled the work to our garage door early next morning even though we called late in the evening. The technicians were very professional and attentive אo details. We are very glad we chose this company. Thank you Tip Top!!!

Let me start off with the speed at which my service request email was handled: in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday night I received a phone call to schedule a day and time window for Tuesday morning. Then, Monday night I was contacted confirming the appointment for the following morning, and contacted again Tuesday when the technician was on his way. Nick was great to work with, respectful, and quick!! He replaced our whole LiftMaster system in just a little more than an hour, and programmed the remote as well as the outside wireless keypad that hadn't worked for us in two years. Great Service! My garage door was off track and they had a tech come out in less than 24 hrs to repair it. $29 diagnostic fee but I believe that’s eliminated once you do the work. Nick was very professional and helped me out! Will recommend!

The spring on one of my garage doors broke on a Saturday night. I left a message with the folks at Tip Top Doors who called me back first thing on Sunday morning. Alex arrived about 9am and did a safety check. He recommended replacing both springs since they were almost 15 years old which I did. After only about an hour, Alex had things working perfectly. I would highly recommend Tip Top Doors and especially Alex.
